New Moon Beads

I have been playing with lots of Moon's in lots of colors. I will be teaching a 3 week class at the University of Oregon starting Feb 22. The class will focus on Moon Scape Beads. We will also play with a bit of silver leaf and fine silver wire. Glass is so much fun to mess with.

I have posted this bead on ETSY,  I really like how the lacy flower has a dew drop on the petal. It makes it a very delicate flower. The layers of transparent glass in the lacy flower also gives it a light fairy style.

Fire is such a fun bead to make. It takes a lot of time to play and get all this color to blend and flow. The deal is the colors all look the same in the live torch fire, even the black looks red hot. This one I have posted on my ETSY site.

Puppy Pound

So I took my Yorkies to a new place for doggy bath time... and they asked if I could make dog beads... Fun stuff.. I love inspiration.

I just had to play with the keys that I found on a day of antique hunting!!!
